Paulina Trynda

Activities Co-ordinator

Paulina Joined the ARC in June as Activities Coordinator.

Paulina moved to England in the summer of 2007 and enrolled in courses at Bournemouth & Poole College where she completed her NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service and Business Administration. Throughout her 12 years career within the industry, she gained extensive experience working with people of various backgrounds. Being a people person Paulina enjoyed her work. However, despite her success, she wanted to use her knowledge, experience, and love of yoga and fitness to help enrich the lives of others.

Therefore, at the beginning of 2020, she came to the realization that social care was closer to her core values and completed the Health and Social Care certificate. Shortly after, she became a Learning Disabilities Support Worker in London. Paulina loved every aspect of her job, especially creating and developing activity programs that met the physical and emotional needs of the residents. Paulina is passionate about encouraging others to be as active as possible, both mentally and physically. So, in June 2020 when the advertisement went up for an Activity Coordinator in ARC she thought that this is a great opportunity for her to follow her passions and contribute to the well-being of others.
