Assistant Activity Coordinator
Before working at Cavendish Care Robbie had’t worked within the care industry, but it was something he had always been interested in as a profession. When Robbie started working for Cavendish, through the training and staff/management offered to him, he became a Support Worker.
Robbie has seized every opportunity – from distance learning courses on Mental Health to successfully gaining an Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care.
Robbie’s second passion to supporting individuals with learning difficulties is Art and Cavendish has encouraged him to start up and run a new ‘Sensory Art’ session at the ARC Crawley.
I wanted to use my strengths to benefit the individuals we work for at the ARC and following my training, I am currently pursuing my passions working as an Assistant Activity Coordinator.
